A major concern of visitors to exotic countries is the problem of mosquitoes and other biting insects. This formulation incorporates an insect repellent in an easy to apply stick. The sticks rigidity and hardness are provided by the structural wax Syncrowax HGLC, whist Syncrowax HRC is highly effective in reducing drag on application due to its relatively open crystalline structure. Crodamol PMP improves the spreading properties of the stick as well as imparting a light emollience.
